Halligan Capital is an Investment Fund for firefighters.  Born out of the need to protect firefighters' investments from mediocre returns and deferred compensation fees,  Halligan develops strategies to grow their hard earned savings by seeking out investment opportunities that offer strong double digit returns.  Halligan Capital takes no management fees and aims to maximize returns for our brothers and sisters in service.  We are all on the same team...
